Our kitchen is opening its doors for an exclusive Sicilian cooking class in the heart of Cefalù. Designed as a social and hands-on experience for small groups, it is the perfect opportunity for food lovers to connect in a vibrant, creative setting. The journey begins at the source: we’ll head out to our private garden to harvest fresh seasonal produce and aromatic herbs, learning how to select the very best nature has to offer.
Guided by our chef (conducting the class in English), you will dive into the creation of three signature Mediterranean dishes. This is your chance to master the techniques that define our local cuisine and discover the true soul of Sicilian culinary excellence—from the soil to the plate.
